1. MT Express LLC shall collect from its members the minimal amount of personal information. Following information is mandatory and other information is optional.

a. Name

b. ID number

c. Address

d. Telephone number

e. ID (members only)

f. Password (members only)

g. Email (or mobile phone number)

2. In the case of collecting personal information of a customer, MT Express LLC will do so only with user's consent. 

3. Without any consent from users, MT Express LLC will not provide user information to any third party. However, there are exceptions as follows:

a. In the case of providing a delivery, MT Express LLC will release minimal information of the user (name, address, telephone number) only for delivery purpose

b. In the case of providing unidentifiable personal information for the purpose of Statistic research, Academic research or market research

c. In the case of making a payment to carry out the transaction of goods 

d. In the case of verification for fraud protection

 e. If required by laws and regulations

f. If required by law, or if requested by the law enforcement or appropriate authorities pursuant to procedures and methods through due process prescribed by applicable laws and regulations for the purpose of criminal or other investigation

4. A user may demands to read or corrects mistakes on personal information anytime and “MT Express LLC” is responsible to take any action immediately. If a user requests to make corrections, MT Express LLC shall not use personal information until it is completely corrected.

5. MT Express LLC may limit the number of managers for the security purposes, and it is fully responsible for lost, stolen, spilled, falsified personal information including credit cards and bank accounts. However, if it is proved that MT Express LLC does not have any intentions or faults, all responsibilities may be exempted.

6. MT Express LLC or the third party who was provided with members’ information from MT Express LLC, shall destroys members’ personal information immediately when they accomplish their goals of collecting data.

7. In order for MT Express LLC to improve the service quality and provide a new service, MT Express LLC can use the information for promotions (email advertisement, mobile advertisement, and telemarketing) by collecting identifiable personal information upon member’s consent.
