Hotel4Box is a parcel forwarding service operated by MT Express USA
("we," "us," or "our") that enables international customers to ship
items from US retailers to addresses worldwide. This Privacy Policy
explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you
interact with Hotel4Box through customer communication channels,
including SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct
Messages, or when you use our parcel forwarding service.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you contact Hotel4Box or use our parcel forwarding service, we
may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Shipping and delivery addresses
- Government-issued identification numbers (such as passport numbers
or national ID numbers) when required for international shipping
and customs clearance
- Photographs of parcels you ship through our service, taken for the
purposes of condition documentation, weight verification, and damage
claims
- Tracking information for shipments, including in-transit location
updates provided by carriers
- The content of your messages and our responses

Instagram

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your information is stored on secured servers operated by MT Express
USA. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted
connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular backups to protect
your data.
We treat government-issued identification numbers as sensitive
information and apply additional access restrictions. ID numbers are
accessed only by authorized personnel handling customs documentation,
and are not used for marketing or any purpose unrelated to shipping
fulfillment.
4. PAYMENT PROCESSING
We use Authorize.net and PayPal as third-party payment processors to
handle all financial transactions. Hotel4Box does not directly store
full payment card numbers or bank account details on our servers;
this information is handled and stored by our payment processors in
compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We may retain transaction
references (such as order IDs and dates) for record-keeping and
customer service purposes.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In addition to our payment processors, we use the following
third-party services to provide our services:
- Twilio (for SMS messaging)
- Amazon Web Services (for email delivery and infrastructure)
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram messaging APIs)
- International shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS)
- Customs authorities of destination countries (for clearance and
regulatory compliance)
These services have their own policies and practices. We share only
the information necessary to deliver our services and comply with
regulatory requirements.
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Because Hotel4Box serves international customers, your information
may be transferred to and stored in the United States, Mongolia or other
countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to

documentation may be retained longer where required by law. After
applicable retention periods, records are deleted or anonymized.

Hotel4Box is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect information from children under 13.

updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued
